Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade, data-driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers. Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade, data-driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers. Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale modern distributed applications. Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to backend and frontend development. Requirements 4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two). 3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider. 3+ years building microservices and distributed systems. 3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows. 3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows. 3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems. Hands-on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter). Advanced English level (written and spoken). Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET). Nice to Have Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector). Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations.
