Purpose of the Job We’re looking for a brilliantIndustrial Designerto join our studio — someone who thrives on turning bold ideas into standoutpermanent POS displaysthat make people stop, look, andfeel. This isn’t just about designing for shelf space — it’s about reimagining how beauty, lifestyle, and retail brands show up in the world. Be part of the creative charge from first sketch to final spec, shaping high-impact, brand-led display experiences for global names in cosmetics and beyond. Key Responsibilities Conceptualising striking retail displays that blend beauty with practicality. Responding to creative briefs with clever, commercially aware ideas that hit every mark. Designing everything from ground-up fixtures to component parts — always with material, cost, and sustainability in mind. Crafting mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation decks that tell a clear design story. Collaborating with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production to bring your vision to life. Pitching and presenting directly to clients — confidently communicating ideas and welcoming feedback. Embedding sustainability into your thinking: smart use of materials, reduced carbon footprints, and clever modularity. Managing multiple creative projects at once, adapting to pace and feedback with ease. Fuelling brainstorms and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the retail space. Requirements, Knowledge+Skills A degree in Product, Industrial, Furniture, 3D Design (or related field). Experience working with cosmetics or premium FMCG brands (min 3 to 5 years). Must be proficient English. Knowledge of designing for Temporary Displays a huge plus. Proficiency in3D software (Cinema 4D, 3DS, Sketchup preferred but open to all) and Adobe Creative Suite. A flair for visual storytelling and graphic layout — with strong sketching skills a major plus. Deep knowledge of materials (wood, metal, acrylics, etc.) and how things are made. Passion for sustainable design and experience designing with environmental impact in mind. A sharp eye for detail and on-brand execution Strong communication skills — you know how to sell an idea and back it up. Agency mindset: fast-thinking, solutions-led, and always creatively curious. Knowledge of design led presentations, real world solutions and stories that sell. Confidence using project management tools and juggling multiple deadlines.
