Knowledge of **Texas and/or Tennessee law** will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting attorneys and legal teams with precision.**Key Responsibilities**Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneysDraft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reportsAssist with insurance claims, documentation preparation, and case file managementConduct basic legal research, particularly relating to insurance and state-specific requirementsManage calendars, deadlines, scheduling, and client communicationMaintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidentiality at all times**Requirements*** Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within insurance, litigation, or related fields* Familiarity with Texas and/or Tennessee legal processes is highly advantageous* Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Ability to work US business hours and meet deadlines* Proficiency with legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office**What We Offer*** Competitive compensation* Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive legal operations team* Remote working environment with clear growth pathways* Training and development where needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
