Associate Project Manager - (Language Services)

We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of projects for the Language Services team, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of projects.

- Available to start working at 7:00 AM.

What you will be doing:

  • Supports or leads project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps, and corrective/preventative action plans.
  • Responsible for accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects. Understands and owns portions of the project scope.
  • Identifies scope creep on assigned tasks and implements resolution plans.
  • Communicates efficiently and effectively within/outside of project team and communicates regularly with senior project team members about project tasks.
  • Controls assigned project budgets and ensures timely issuance of purchase orders.
  • Coordinates study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficient in CAD tools.
  • Skilled in translation tools such as memoQ, Trados, and TransPerfect.
  • Experienced with DTP tools, including InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.
  • Creative and client-oriented.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
