Role Responsibilities Control all product receipt and dispatch planning activities in coordination with Terminal Management and the Customer Service Unit. Oversee product inventories and ensure all information is updated in the company system by timely registration of transactions. Apply processes to all receipt, storage, and dispatch operations and manage controlled product movements. Maintain inventory control, dispatch, and receipt systems updated with relevant information. Update inventories through timely registration of RTT loading and unloading. Control weighing of RTTs and verify weights against client requirements. Verify loading and unloading orders and plan entry of RTTs to the terminal, efficiently managing resources and times to meet client expectations. Elaborate statistical reports on received products and dispatched vehicles for the Port Superintendence and internal monthly reports. Produce inventory statistics and KPI analysis. Manage the SICOQ information system for controlled products. Plan the receipt of ships and/or barges, managing available infrastructure and optimizing tank and line capacities. Report safety, environmental and health incidents; comply with Vopak regulations, SHEQ norms, minimum standards and other company regulations. Qualifications Professional degree in any branch of engineering. Minimum two years of experience in operations, inventories or related fields, preferably in the national chemical industry or port operations. Internal candidates must have demonstrated very good performance over the last three years. Advanced knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel, preferably with basic knowledge of customs procedures, inventory management and foreign trade. Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing). As a Planning Analyst, you report to the Operations & Planning Manager. Your daily activities revolve around ensuring the efficiency and compliance of product movements, inventory control and operational planning, interacting internally with all company areas and externally with inspectors, captains, drivers, port authorities, contractors and suppliers.
