Role This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a bilingual (English) Call Center Advisor based in Medellín. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a professional and courteous telephone manner. The advisor will work to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and care in the healthcare sector.
