Descripción del rol En VML Colombia buscamos un/a Motion Designer para integrarse a nuestro equipo creativo y trabajar en una cuenta del sector inmobiliario. Esta persona será responsable de desarrollar piezas audiovisuales animadas que apoyen la comunicación de campañas, contenidos digitales y materiales de marca del proyecto asignado. El rol requiere dominio técnico, sensibilidad visual, narrativa audiovisual y capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes perfiles creativos. Responsabilidades Diseñar y producir piezas de motion graphics para canales digitales y redes sociales. Animar gráficos, tipografía y elementos visuales alineados con los lineamientos del proyecto. Participar en la conceptualización visual de contenidos audiovisuales. Adaptar y versionar piezas animadas según formatos y plataformas. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con diseñadores gráficos, directores de arte y equipos de contenido. Asegurar calidad técnica, coherencia visual y cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega. Realizar ajustes y optimizaciones a partir de feedback interno y del proyecto. Requisitos Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años como Motion Designer o en roles similares. Formación profesional en Diseño Gráfico, Animación, Comunicación Audiovisual o áreas afines. Dominio de herramientas de animación y edición (After Effects; Premiere es un plus). Conocimiento de principios de animación, ritmo y narrativa audiovisual. Capacidad para trabajar con lineamientos de marca y mantener consistencia visual. Atención al detalle y buen manejo del tiempo. Portafolio que demuestre calidad técnica, creatividad y ejecución (indispensable). Condiciones laborales Contrato a término indefinido. Modalidad híbrida: 3 días en oficina / 2 días home office. Horario: lunes a viernes, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Trabajo presencial en Bogotá.
