Both companies are part of Parikh Holdings, and we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our team. We are a small team and require a hands‑on and hungry approach. Job Summary We are looking for a Webflow Developer who will handle customer onboarding, project planning, content management, SEO integration, quality assurance, and documentation. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, providing a high level of support, guidance, and assistance. Conduct onboarding sessions with customers to understand their requirements, goals, and timelines for website development. Coordinate with customers to collect necessary information, such as content, images, and branding guidelines. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, providing clear explanations and resolutions. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any post‑launch issues. Collaborate with the SEO team, writers, designers, and developers to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Create and maintain project plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and milestones. Allocate resources, including team members, tools, and budget, to meet project objectives. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and mitigate potential risks. Coordinate with writers for timely delivery of high‑quality content aligned with SEO best practices. Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate relevant keywords, meta tags, and optimization strategies. Review and provide feedback on content drafts to meet quality standards. Oversee the implementation of SEO techniques to enhance website visibility. Establish quality standards for website development and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with development and design teams to conduct thorough testing of website functionalities, usability, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in collaboration with the development team. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the website meets customer requirements. Document project scope, requirements, and specifications. Prepare regular project status reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators. Present project updates, deliverables, and milestones to management and stakeholders. Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the software development or technology industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with website building and SEO concepts is a plus. PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not mandatory.
