We are looking for a Principal AEM Architect to work in LATAM (remote) with our global client. Main Objectives of the Role We’re looking for a skilled Lead Technical Architect with deep experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to guide the redesign and migration of a large, content‑rich institutional website. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. You’ll define the technical foundation, lead development efforts, and ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Lead the technical design of an AEM-based website migration. Define reusable components, templates, and content models. Structure content using Content Fragments and Experience Fragments. Design automated migration processes from legacy systems. Set coding standards and review development work. Collaborate with UX, content, and business teams. Help estimate technical effort and identify risks. Support performance, scalability, and security improvements. Requirements 6+ years of hands‑on AEM experience (Cloud Service preferred). Strong background in CMS migrations and complex content structures. Proficiency in AEM development: Sling models, HTL, OSGi, Dispatcher. Experience with structured content, CFs, and XFs. Knowledge of AEM APIs and scripting for content migration. Leadership skills and commitment to best practices. Familiarity with Adobe tools like Assets, Analytics, and Target is a plus. AEM certifications (Developer, Architect) are highly valued.
