Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia, we are seeking a Finish Artist with over 3 years of experience in the role at advertising agencies or audiovisual production companies. Their mission will be to ensure that graphic pieces meet technical and legal specifications to initiate the digital or lithographic printing process. Responsabilidades Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned clients' brand guidelines and applicable legal restrictions. Review production orders and request final approved drafts from the creative team to initiate the finishing process. Ensure all elements, images, and fonts in drafts are complete and meet the requirements for finalization. Finalize graphic pieces according to specifications and adapt approved designs in terms of size and layout. Coordinate with the graphic production area to verify technical requirements for print machine setup. Review and approve color in digital proofs before releasing to production. Deliver finalized pieces to creative stakeholders and maintain organized backups of all finished work by client, year, and campaign. Ensure confidential handling and security of client information and brand assets, complying with internal agency policies and client-defined norms. Cualificaciones Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, in addition to Acrobat. Demonstrated experience in finalizing and adjusting graphic materials for print, along with expertise in image resolution and color profiles. Basic knowledge of graphic production and printing systems. Effective communication skills for collaborating with creative and technical teams.
