Overview Senior Quality Engineer L1 As a Senior Quality Engineer L1, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation best practices, enhance testing efficiency, and accelerate the delivery of high-quality software. Your Impact Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous testing and delivery. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure testability of features and applications. Implement best practices for test automation, including data-driven and behavior-driven testing. Identify and prioritize test cases for automation to maximize coverage and efficiency. Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing and deployment. Analyze test results and provide insights to improve application performance and quality. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in automation testing. Mentor and guide junior team members in automation testing techniques and tools. Stay updated on emerging trends in automation testing and quality engineering. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Set Yourself Apart With Experience in cloud-based testing using tools like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Certifications in automation testing (ISTQB, Selenium, or similar). Experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and Android platforms.
