You'll focus on creating scroll-stopping visuals and short-form videos for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google, emphasizing emotional storytelling to highlight the transformative power of our formulations. This role combines artistic expertise with performance marketing savvy to turn product benefits into compelling, relatable narratives that resonate deeply with our audience. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and produce static ads, carousels, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories), and other creative assets for paid social campaigns. Leverage emotional storytelling techniques to craft ads that evoke feelings like confidence, empowerment, transformation, and self-care – focusing on real user journeys rather than just product features. Edit and optimize video content using CapCut, incorporating hooks, text overlays, music, and transitions to maximize engagement and conversion. Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and performance teams to develop creative briefs, test variations (A/B testing), and iterate based on data. Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to platform-specific best practices and trends. Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT for ideation, or generative features in Photoshop) to accelerate workflows and explore fresh concepts. Stay ahead of D2C ad trends, competitor creatives, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality, on-brand output. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of proven experience in D2C ad creation, ideally for supplements, wellness, or consumer brands (agency or in-house). Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design, image editing, and graphic creation. Expertise in CapCut (or similar tools like Premiere Pro) for fast-paced video editing and short-form content production. Comfort with AI tools for ideation, upscaling, or asset generation to enhance efficiency. Deep understanding of emotional selling – ability to create narratives that connect on a personal level, driving trust and purchase intent. Proven track record of creating high-performing paid ads (e.g., low CPC, high CTR/ROAS) in D2C environments. Strong portfolio showcasing D2C ad work (static + video), with examples of emotional storytelling. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely. Bonus: Experience with UGC-style content, performance analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics), or trends in beauty formulation marketing.
