What You’ll Do Execute campaign‑related work for clients, including new client onboarding, Facebook ad campaign building, and monthly recurring tasks. Edit template details to match customized email, text message, and ad campaigns with precision and speed. Become an expert in new automation tools quickly and stay technologically savvy. Match our disciplined, process‑focused principles. Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and market trends. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and events. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources for timely delivery and optimal performance. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform strategies and tactics. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders and clients. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing. Required Skills 2+ years of experience managing digital campaigns. Proven experience in campaign management, marketing, or related role, preferably in automotive marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software. Excellent attention to detail in written and verbal communication and meeting deadlines. Excellent proficiency in Facebook Advertising. Knowledge of Google Analytics or other optimization tools. Quickly develop proficiency in Google Ads and Amazon Ads. Comfortable managing and optimizing digital advertising accounts with large budgets. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
