This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing containerized applications and cloud infrastructure, providing Tier 3 or Tier 4 support, and performing deep‑dive analysis for critical incidents. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, on‑call environment. Key Responsibilities Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized applications and infrastructure deployed on Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack . Investigate and resolve complex, high‑severity issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA). Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Ansible to streamline operations. Participate in on‑call rotations and provide immediate support for urgent cases. Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure availability and reliability of cloud services. Collaborate with teams to implement durable solutions and prevent recurrence of incidents.
