Develop and execute a quarterly and annual business plan. Develop and expand distribution of AvaTrade products within Colombia – both directly and by recruiting, introducing brokers, affiliates, and other sales channels such as online and offline marketing. Conduct sales‑oriented training seminars for AvaTrade clients and business partners to expand sales and marketing efforts. Work in a highly regulated market, manage a regulated company and liaise with Colombia regulators.
