In this role, you’ll manage campaign incidents, creative assets, reports, and advertiser queries, ensuring prompt, high-quality responses and seamless campaign execution. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be key to maintaining top performance, operational excellence, and advertiser satisfaction. Maintain top performance, operational excellence, and advertiser satisfaction. Who You Are Two years of proven experience in programmatic advertising. Strong understanding of ad serving platforms, DSPs, and ad exchanges. Efficiently troubleshoots campaign and delivery issues and excels at generating and analyzing performance reports. Skilled in managing creative assets and ensuring proper implementation. Experience with DSP, CRM, Excel, Tableau, and basic SQL is a plus for troubleshooting. Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. Benefits 40 hours weekly, with a work-life balance focus.
