Role Description:

As an International Logistics Coordinator at Lean Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in our Global Forwarding team. Your responsibilities will include handling all international order shipments, from documentation preparation to ensuring accurate processing. Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on assigned loads through the Transportation Management System (TMS)
2. Verify container availability before pick-up
3. Tender drayage movement to an authorized carrier
4. Ensure carriers receive work orders from brokers
5. Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments as needed
6. Monitor the entire shipment process, including pick-up, transit, delivery, and container return
7. Verify final charges with carriers and communicate any discrepancies to brokers
