Our Senior Attorney will hold a mid-level position within the Legal Department, a part of the Commercial and Legal Vice-presidency, assisting in the leveraging of junior team members and external consultants. They will be in charge of high-level contract drafting and review, actively participate in negotiations to represent our interests, and will be tasked with the operational execution of the strategic planning delivered by the area's leadership. This position is fully on-site, and we do not accommodate remote or hybrid work.

Education, experience and skills

• Professional degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Colombia.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial law, contracts, and or public contracting and bidding processes. Experience in EPC projects or the infrastructure sector is a must.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, public contracting and legal documentation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
