Overview Profesional encargado de organizar, vender y gestionar la logística de viajes. Estos viajes suelen ser turísticos o de negocios y son contratados por sus clientes. Responsibilities Asesorar a los clientes sobre sus necesidades y preferencias de viaje. Elaborar itinerarios personalizados que se adapten a las necesidades del cliente. Realizar las reservas necesarias para el viaje, como vuelos, alojamiento, excursiones, etc. Ofrecer asistencia al cliente durante el viaje. Habilidades y aptitudes Habilidades comunicativas: El travel advisor debe ser capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva con sus clientes, tanto de forma oral como escrita. Debe ser capaz de comprender sus necesidades y preferencias, así como de explicarles de manera clara y concisa las opciones de viaje disponibles. Habilidades de negociación: Debe ser capaz de negociar con los proveedores de servicios turísticos para obtener las mejores condiciones para sus clientes. Capacidad de organización y planificación: Debe ser capaz de organizar y planificar los viajes de sus clientes de manera eficiente. Debe tener en cuenta todos los detalles, desde los vuelos y el alojamiento hasta las excursiones y las actividades. Trabajo en equipo: Puede trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo. Debe ser capaz de colaborar con otros profesionales del sector turístico, como agentes de viajes, tour operadores y proveedores de servicios turísticos. Orientación al cliente: Debe estar enfocado en satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes. Debe ser capaz de escucharlos atentamente y ofrecerles soluciones que se adapten a sus expectativas. Debe tener un talento innato para las ventas, entender que buscan los viajeros y hacer que vean a la agencia de viajes como la mejor opción. Conocer al detalle la oferta de impulse y lo que Colombia tiene para ofrecerle al mundo, y apalancarse en eso para lograr que miles de viajeros de todo el planeta viajen en Colombia con la profundidad y estilo de impuse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
