Senior Accounting Manager TESYS NETWORKS is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function, ensure financial integrity, and support the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month‑end and year‑end close. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Establish, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with company objectives. Provide strategic financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee cash flow management, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis. Coordinate and lead external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and manage accounting staff, promoting professional development and performance excellence. Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and reporting efficiency. Support system implementations, special projects, and cross‑functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Required experience with QuickBooks and ConnectWise. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
