Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Trafficker to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising, traffic management, and inbound marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. This role requires a solid understanding of how ads integrate with inbound marketing tactics, such as content creation, SEO, and nurturing leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage inbound advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to drive the best ROI, adjusting budgets, targeting, and messaging as needed.
  • Analyze ad performance data to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the content marketing and SEO teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and funnel objectives.
  • Set up landing pages and optimize them for higher conversion rates.
  • Ensure that ads comply with all platform guidelines and marketing best practices.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Manage traffic acquisition strategies and ensure paid campaigns are integrated into broader inbound marketing efforts.
  • Track metrics like click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc., and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in ad platform algorithms, and marketing best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing inbound advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Solid knowledge of traffic management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Analytics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and inbound methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in ad management tools (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with budget management and campaign optimization.
  • Good understanding of content marketing and SEO.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inbound marketing strategies and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and integrations.
  • Experience with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
