What You’ll Do ✅ Lead and manage the open market business for ZTE nubia smartphones in Colombia. ✅ Build and foster strong relationships with main smartphone distributors and top sub-distributors . ✅ Oversee sales operations and team performance, ensuring goals are clearly defined and consistently achieved. ✅ Monitor results, guide the team to success, and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives . ✨ Deep understanding of the Colombian smartphone open market . ✨ Proven relationships with key distributors and sub-distributors . ✨ Senior-level experience in sales operations and team management . ✨ Minimum 8 years of experience as an Open Market KAM. You’ll be part of a global technology leader, contributing directly to our market growth and working with a high-impact team passionate about innovation.
