Job description:
Collect and organize all required documentation so that the case can proceed and keep clients informed of the status of the case, if required. The successful candidate will support the attorneys by performing a variety of administrative and legal tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming Calls: Handle client inquiries professionally and connect them to the appropriate parties.
- Client Intake: Accurately fill out client intake forms for case management.
- Case Management: Keep files organized, update case statuses, and ensure all documentation is filled and prepared.
- Retainer Letters: Prepare and send out retainer letters to clients.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date records with accurate data entry.
- Email Management: Respond to client and internal emails promptly and professionally.
- Records: Request and follow up on the necessary records for case preparation.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, court dates, and other important appointments.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

- Organized and detail oriented: Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Problem Solver: Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Resourcefulness: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and overcome challenges.
- Typing Skills: Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent English proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- MS or Google Workspace knowledge (a plus): Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace is advantageous but not required.
- Customer Service experience (a plus): Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
