Solvd is seeking a Localization Manager to support the global expansion of one of our clients in the fitness industry by ensuring high-quality, culturally relevant, and brand-consistent localization of digital content. This role combines hands‑on localization execution with coordination across regional partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing end‑to‑end localization workflows. What you will do Hands‑on Content Localization Localize digital content from the client’s primary web properties and, over time, additional platforms Support localization across multiple target languages including French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean Apply established brand guidelines and terminology rules, maintaining glossaries and enforcing non‑translatable terms Brand, Quality, and Cultural Adaptation Ensure translated content aligns with brand voice, style, and terminology standards Adapt content to reflect local expressions, terminology, and cultural nuances Coordinate culturally appropriate imagery and media for localized content Workflow and Process Management Manage localization tasks from the CMS, including content retrieval and preparation Oversee the end‑to‑end workflow for translation, review, and publication Maintain structured documentation for terminology, style guidance, and quality processes In‑Region Collaboration and QA Work with in‑country partners or reviewers to validate translations and confirm cultural accuracy Facilitate review cycles to ensure polished, high‑quality localized content AI‑Assisted Localization Use and refine modern AI/GPT‑based tools to accelerate translation workflows Produce near‑final (95 percent) translations ready for human refinement and approval Ideal qualifications Experience Hands‑on localization experience for consumer‑facing digital products or well‑known brands Experience managing multi‑language localization efforts across global regions Skills Strong understanding of localization processes, including glossary and style guide management Experience leveraging AI and machine translation tools within the workflow Excellent written and verbal communication; multilingual ability is a strong plus Mindset High degree of ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders When you join Solvd, you’ll… Shape real‑world AI‑driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
