**Job Title**: Implementation Consultant
**¿Qué es EMR en Philips?**
Philips Tasy EMR es una solución integral de informática sanitaria que toca todas las áreas del entorno sanitario, conectando los puntos a través de dominios clínicos y no clínicos a lo largo del continuo sanitario. Le ayuda a mantener el ritmo de los cambios y abordar los desafíos en la atención y seguridad del paciente, la administración del hospital, el suministro y las finanzas.
**En este rol, tienes la oportunidad de**
Ser responsable de entregar proyectos de implementación del sistema de Registros Médicos Electrónicos (EMR) para hospitales, clínicas y prácticas médicas generales. El sistema EMR es tanto clínico como financiero y estimula la eficiencia y la rentabilidad.
**En este rol, eres responsable de**
- Implementar el sistema TASY (Hospital Management ERP)
- Servir como enlace de la empresa con el cliente en asuntos administrativos y técnicos para proyectos asignados.
- Ejecutar entrenamiento del sistema
- Instruir a los clientes en la operación y mantenimiento del sistema.
- Interpretar las necesidades de los clientes y aclarar si la responsabilidad de la resolución del problema recae en el personal de ventas, los representantes de atención al cliente o los ingenieros.
- Trabajar en problemas de alcance moderado donde el análisis de datos requiere una revisión de una variedad de factores utilizando el análisis de causa raíz.

**Para tener éxito en esta posición, debes tener las siguientes habilidades y experiência.**
- 2+ años de experiência con la implementación de software en hospitales
- Muy importante: conocimiento de módulos de finanzas, contabilidad o facturación.
- SQL Oracle avanzado
- Proceso BPM avanzado (Business Process Management)
- Conocimiento de las rutinas hospitalarias
- Rápido aprendizaje de sistemas y software
- Se requiere nível de español avanzado
- Grandes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país
