You will serve as the client’s technical advocate, supporting implementations, leading workshops, and advising on best practices. Accountabilities Ensure successful integration of solutions into client technical architectures. Translate business requirements into detailed systems, applications, and process designs. Collaborate with clients on-site or remotely to support implementation and alignment. Develop proof-of-concept solutions and lead technical workshops on products, APIs, and integration approaches. Requirements 5–7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with equivalent practical experience. Proven expertise in the travel industry, including workflows for travel agencies, TMCs, and corporate travel environments. Strong knowledge of travel distribution models, GDS systems, and emerging travel-tech trends such as NDC and lodging solutions. Technical expertise in APIs, solution architecture, software development, cloud computing, web technologies, SOAP, REST, and integration frameworks. Experience in customer-facing consulting roles with strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
