Your Responsibilities:
  • Close collaboration with departments: Promote and challenge local business & internal stakeholders in financial and performance management.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation and provision of: Annual standard cost calculations of production, investment calculations, regular management reporting including variance analysis (monthly), ad-hoc management analyses, and support for management in decision-making.
  • Responsibility for planning and implementing corrective measures, developing recommendations for action, and monitoring the resulting follow-up actions.
  • Providing local/regional data and analyses, access to relevant data, analyzing key trends, combining results from various sources, and providing business recommendations.
  • Support for investment planning (project participation and business case analyses) as well as ensuring cost-efficient follow-up on the introduction of new products in connection with the overall business case.
  • Continuous optimization and further development of local, regional, and global financial processes, reports, and tasks through coordination and collaboration with regional and global analyst functions.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or comparable.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the analysis of financial data and statistical methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creativity and curiosity as well as a knack for developing insightful analyses and recommendations.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories through visual reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably SAP, BW, Power BI, and/or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken.
