Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, or industrial engineering, with experience implementing or working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. This person should be able to analyze business processes, configure system functionalities, and provide solutions that optimize financial operations. The consultant will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support. Responsibilities Analyze and document client financial and operational processes. Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations and customizations. Provide training, support, and guidance to end users. Ensure solutions comply with accounting standards and best practices. Participate in project planning, testing, and go-live activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or other ERP systems. Strong understanding of financial processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment. Competitive salary: COP 3,000,000 - 3,500,000 per month (based on experience). Access to corporate benefit plans . Fully remote position with opportunities for growth in a global environment.
