Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Operations Specialist to source, attract, and place top talent for light industrial roles. The role requires high-volume calling across time zones and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with flexibility and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment using AI feedback for light industrial roles. Coordinate with the Territory Operations Team to understand client needs. Communicate with workers on the app to fill open positions. Make a high volume of calls to workers across time zones to ensure shift coverage. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Provide timely feedback to candidates and the team. Perform repetitive daily tasks with consistency and attention to detail. Adapt to demand with minimal downtime. Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Qualifications 2+ years experience in recruitment, customer service, or logistics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to balance multiple tasks under pressure. Enthusiastic and positive attitude toward workers. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and willingness to tackle tasks hands-on. Flexibility to work where demand is highest with minimal downtime.
