We will give you the tools and training to develop as well as an opportunity for you to contribute your talents and strengths to the team. **This is not a janitorial cleaning position** CLEANING SERVICES We are looking for a person who can master the techniques for the services below: Carpet & Upholstery cleaning Floor cleaning and refinishing Tile & Grout cleaning Post Construction cleaning Window cleaning JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a ServiceMaster Clean technician, you will be expected to: Represent the Company in a professional way by your attitude, appearance, and communication with the customer Perform the services above to an excellent standard with the goal to do it right the first time Be punctual and reliable in attendance Manage your time well in efficiency and organization Work well with the ServiceMaster team by being an active member QUALIFICATIONS Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial Current Driver's License and clean driver's abstract Solution-oriented ability with a problem solving customer service focus Physically fit with ability to lift 60 lbs comfortably and work physically for a full day Able to speak and write fluent English Able to be security cleared through a criminal record check BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Paid training for technical courses Competitive wage & bonus incentives Opportunity to earn more through commissions Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Built on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
