You'll work with our team of global experts in this space, global in thinking and location, with team members on four continents. Reporting to the Director of Global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing, you'll work mostly from home, visiting the office as and when needed.
Working with our Executive and Production Talent Acquisition teams, you'll work to understand the market, and become the expert in how to present our opportunities to this challenging market.

Your work will be diverse, and since this is a new role, you'll also have the opportunity to shape it, provided you work on these critical tasks:
- Deliver marketing plans that align with our employer brand and recruitment marketing goals.
- Build high-quality content for candidate outreach, job boards, talent communities, blogs, and career sites.
- Lead and optimise marketing efforts for conversion, nurturing, and engagement through our recruitment marketing technology.
- Collaborate and partner with regional and role-specific recruitment leads to customise organic social and email content centred around hiring needs.
- Manage your content calendar with the Global Social Media and Content Lead and schedule to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust delivery accordingly to improve engagement.
- Demonstrate a passion for employer brand and recruitment marketing and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor content to find opportunities for improvement.
- Lead content creation efforts in partnership with relevant teams in your region.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment marketing.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Comfortable working with and influencing senior members (up to board level) of a large global business.
- You'll understand employee value proposition (EVP) and how you might incorporate it into content to encourage the right people to apply for roles.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with a content focus.
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles.
- Experience using and getting the most out of social media.
- Ability to write engaging articles, headlines, and quotes to grab the candidate's interest.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling.
