Overview Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer We are part of Airport IT, supporting multiple airports worldwide. Our products include flight information systems, airport operations systems, and related IT applications that manage flights, resources, displays of information, and other software solutions to optimize critical airport activity. You will experience the complexity of airport ground operations and the IT challenges involved in synchronizing thousands of people and processes, and the key improvements we design and deliver for them. Development And Platform Enablement Team in Charge Of Implementing and maintaining applications hosted on AWS and Azure System administration on Windows and Linux Automation of operational and releasing activities using scripting Production support for cloud-hosted applications Summary Of The Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will perform maintenance and production support of applications hosted on Cloud. Responsibilities include investigating, troubleshooting and solving technical issues on the platforms, supporting releasing activities for different cloud applications, coordinating with different teams, and performing POCs in new/upcoming technologies. In This Role You’ll Handle platform incident requests Perform health checks of various systems Perform releasing of software components Automate manual tasks Suggest improvements in existing operational processes Work on maintenance and upgrade of technologies used in the ecosystem About The Ideal Candidate Engineering bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Good communication skills in English 4+ years of experience with Linux, OpenShift, Helm, Scripting (Shell or Python) Good understanding of certificate management, JBoss, Apache, Grafana, Databases (Oracle), Java, Jenkins Basic understanding of networking, Load Balancer, Firewall routers, HAProxy, Qlik, Windows Admin Experience with vulnerability remediation and security tools such as CrowdStrike and Qualys Able to multitask and work in flexible hours; on-call support in a follow-the-sun model What We Can Offer You Competitive remuneration, annual bonus, vacation and holiday paid time off, health insurance and other benefits Hybrid work at Bogota office Professional development through online learning hubs for technical and soft skills A diverse and inclusive workplace in a world-class travel technology company Application Process The application process takes no longer than 10 minutes.
