What You’ll Actually Do Rebuild and own the Commercial reporting stack - from static spreadsheets to living, breathing Tableau dashboards. Translate noise into insight. Spot revenue leaks, performance drops, and what’s really driving client value. Move fast. One day you’re refining SQL queries, the next you’re presenting findings to leadership that change how deals are done. Partner with Sales, Account Management, and BI. No “handoffs” - just shared goals and real outcomes. Balance speed and precision - quick ad-hoc answers today, scalable dashboards tomorrow. Turn “we think” into “we know.” Every metric, every insight, every decision — backed by you. What You Bring At least 4 years of experience in data or business analytics - commercial, sales, or finance in iGaming domain Strong SQL - joins, aggregations, optimizations, you’ve done it all. Fluent in Tableau (Power BI or Looker Studio works too - it’s the brain, not the tool). You don’t just visualize data; you interpret it. You know what makes a number meaningful. Comfortable talking business, not just data. You explain insights, not formulas. Driven, curious, and independent - you don’t wait for perfect specs to make progress.
