We are seeking an experienced and strategic eContent Management Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and quality of digital product content (Digital Shelf) & Retail Media content evolution across all eCommerce channels (B2C and B2B) for the Andina region. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Digital Shelf: Lead the digital content strategy to ensure excellence in the Digital Shelf Scorecard (content, search, and reviews) across key eRetailers. Retail Media Content Evolution: Lead the creative strategy and execution of Retail Media assets, evolving towards dynamic formats (GIFs and video) to maximize performance in display ads. B2B Content Strategy & Value Proposition: Define and execute a distinct content strategy for B2B channels, focusing on highlighting commercial benefits that drive sales for the distributor. Execution and Platforms: Manage the loading and updating of content in company internal tools (Stibo) and coordinate the implementation of B2B content. Agency & Quality Management: Lead the relationship with agencies for the creation of A+ Content and dynamic Retail Media assets, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Content Analysis and Optimization: Use Digital Shelf tools to monitor the execution of CP and competitor content, identifying optimization opportunities and leading action plans. Commercial Processes: Ensure content is aligned with Marketing and eRetail Marketing commercial processes and support the definition of the B2B content strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in content, Brand communication, Digital Trade Marketing, or eCommerce roles. Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns and promotional assets with a focus on eCommerce. Advanced knowledge in content optimization for search (SEO) and practical experience creating, adapting, and activating high-impact Retail Media formats (GIFs, short video) for digital platforms. Intermediate-Advanced English, required for communication with the Divisional team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the use or management of PIM (such as Stibo) or CMS platforms. Experience with A+ Content or enriched content for eRetailers. SAP, Google suite, Google sheets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to translate Digital Shelf data into content action plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external agencies. Travel Requirements 10% of time.
