El Associate Brand Manager Oncology tendrá la misión de construir y liderar la implementación de la estrategia de marketing y planes tácticos que permita mantener el liderazgo de nuestro principal producto en Colombia y continuar desarrollar el potencial del negocio en NES
- Coordinar la colaboración continua de los miembros de Brand Team . Integrar las estrategias dirigidas a cada actor (stakeholder) del mercado a través del trabajo cross-funcional con las diferentes capabilities del Brand Team.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el Plan Estratégico y táctico de la Marca , incorporando estrategias de marketing Omnicanal y a su vez proponer KPIs que permitan medir la implementación de los objetivos.
- Definir la estrategia de comunicación promocional según el segmento y canal de preferencia de los stakeholders, así como la creación de materiales que soporten dicha comunicación.
- Liderar el lanzamiento de Haciendo Todo Lo Posible , el AbbViePro en Colombia , y aterrizar la estrategia análoga en los mercados de NES
- Diseñar, realizar y participar en actividades que aporten al desarrollo de educación médica continuada (ej. VEPs), logrando un trabajo articulado con in field team y Medical y garantizando los estándares de compliance más estrictos
- Preparar y monitorear rigurosamente el Plan de Inversión/Budget de la marca en 2025 en todos los mercados de la región, así como dar seguimiento y análisis de las ventas y métricas de desempeño del mercado. Coordinar junto al Gerente de Distrito y Fuerza de Ventas la organización completa y ejecución de las Reuniones de Ciclo aterrizadas a los imperativos estratégicos de la marca.
- Trabajar junto con el gerente de entrenamiento para definir el plan de entrenamiento del in field team alineado a las necesidades estratégicas del producto.
- Soportar al área de acceso (MAVP) en el desarrollo de la estrategia ante pagadores y presentación de la propuesta de valor para continuar desarrollando cuentas claves, así como en proponer planes de acción o iniciativas en los Account Brand Plan (ABP) y Plan por Cuenta (PC) en cada IPS priorizada
Qualifications
Profesional con formación universitaria (excluyente), preferentemente en carreras administrativas afines a negocios o a Ciencias de la Vida.
Inglés, Nivel Avanzado (excluyente)
- Experiencia previa exitosa en marketing/excelencia comercial en la industria farmacéutica multinacional.
-Experiencia en Oncología (excluyente)
- Conocimiento del sistema de salud, sus principales actores y fuentes de información
- Implementación de estrategias de Omnicanalidad (deseable)
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo; multi-tareas de manera efectiva; cumplimiento de compromisos en tiempo y forma y liderazgo con analista
- Orientación al logro de resultados basado en el trabajo en equipo con una buena interacción con diferentes áreas (Comercial, Ventas, Medical, Acceso, Comunicaciones, etc),
- Comunicación eficaz, valorada por sus interlocutores, tanto interna como externamente.
- Actuar de manera proactiva, entusiasta y creativa
- Alto nivel de preparación científica orientada a su cargo.
Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint avanzado, web environment
