Perfil:
  1. Nivel Académico: Turismo, Administración de empresas, Hospitalidad, etc. (Se aceptan estudiantes que estén por culminar).
  2. Inglés Avanzado.
  3. Experiencia en giro hotelero (Preferente).
  4. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posición similar.
Objetivo:
  1. Como Workplace Experience Coordinator de CBRE, será responsable de brindar una experiencia de servicio al cliente de primera clase a los empleados e invitados de un edificio designado.
Responsabilidades:
  1. Ser el primer punto de contacto para todos los que ingresan a las instalaciones. Emitir pases para visitantes y estacionamiento siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad.
  2. Gestionar, supervisar y coordinar la prestación de servicios en el lugar de trabajo, los servicios incluyen: gestión de salas, asistencia audiovisual, programas comunitarios, asistencia para servicios de alimentación, servicios de documentos, servicios de correo, gestión de suministros de oficina, protocolo de control de ingreso y egreso al lugar de trabajo, entre otros.
  3. Organizar y gestionar eventos y reuniones en el lugar. Esto incluye asegurar el espacio para eventos, montar y desmontar la sala, entregar suministros, servicios de catering, entre otros.
  4. Asegurar y mantener la hospitalidad, la excelente presentación y funcionamiento de los espacios de trabajo.
  5. Responder a las solicitudes y quejas de los clientes con respecto a los Servicios del corporativo.
  6. Enviar órdenes de trabajo a las distintas áreas como limpieza y mantenimiento según sea necesario y / o comunicarse con los socios apropiados para el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones y equipos.
  7. Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad y emergencia específicos de la propiedad.
  8. Contacto directo con los proveedores que suministran servicios o bienes al lugar de trabajo.
