Data Analyst

Data Analyst - Hybrid (Medellín) We are seeking a Consultant / Analyst to join our client’s Pricing Strategy Practice and support clients in developing impactful, data-driven pricing and commercial excellence improvement strategies. In this role, you will conduct analysis, assess clients’ current capabilities against benchmarks, which help determine optimal pricing improvement opportunities and pricing models that maximize value creation. You will work across industries, engaging directly with clients, and contribute to delivering strategic recommendations that improve profitability and market positioning. What You’ll Do Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear client deliverables. Conduct detailed analysis of client pricing structures, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Identify and develop pricing and commercial improvement opportunity hypotheses. Design pricing models and opportunity action analysis to validate financial impacts. Perform competitive benchmarking and pricing diagnostics to identify gaps and opportunities between client current state and desired future state capabilities. Support the design and implementation of value-based, dynamic, or subscription pricing models. Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to deliver presentations and strategic recommendations to client executives. Develop client-ready materials (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau dashboards). Work as part of a project team, learning structured problem-solving. Build technical skills in data analysis, pricing tools, and visualization. You’re a Great Fit If You Fluent verbal and written English. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in consulting, pricing strategy, data analysis, or financial/market analysis. Previous employment at a major consulting firm a plus. Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and data visualization tools). Excellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to present findings to clients. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Tools - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI; familiarity with statistical tools (R, Python, Alteryx) a plus.
