Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels. Strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience, ensuring all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client. Requirements Advanced English level – strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Full‑time availability, 44 hours per week. Live in Barranquilla and must work on‑site.
