We’re looking for Freelance Motion & AI Video Designers who create high‑quality motion work and AI‑assisted video content for global brands. You’ll collaborate with Superside’s creative leads on project‑based work creating AI‑driven motion assets and videos at scale for global brands. Joining this pool means completing a light vetting process so you’re ready to plug in when projects open. We keep our roster small and curated to ensure quality and long‑term collaboration. What you’ll do Create AI‑generated motion and video assets using modern AI image and footage generation tools. Produce AI moodboards and storyboards to explore creative directions and support early‑stage concepting. Deliver AI‑generated videos at scale, including illustration‑style, motion‑based, and select photorealistic outputs. Manipulate, refine, and sequence AI‑generated imagery and footage into polished motion and video deliverables. Build and maintain efficient AI workflows that support rapid iteration, consistency, and scalability. Collaborate with Superside’s creative leads and account teams across time zones to align on vision and execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and clarity. What You’ll Need To Succeed A strong portfolio showing motion graphics, animation, and video work, including AI‑assisted projects. Proven experience creating AI‑generated imagery and video for creative or commercial use. Strong hands‑on experience with Krea and associated models , including image and video generation workflows. Ability to generate, manipulate, and sequence AI imagery and footage into motion or video outputs. Demonstrated experience producing AI moodboards, storyboards, and scaled video outputs. Solid understanding of motion design, pacing, and visual storytelling. Comfort working in fast‑moving, remote, and feedback‑driven production environments.
