Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Auditing, Finance
• Preferably with experience in Audit (1 year experience)
• With knowledge on inventory management or stock count
• Proficiency with basic computer programs
• Keen attention to detail
• A flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation, willing to travel to any branches of VANS in the Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure that the equipment and quantities delivered or returned are correct (physical against documentation)
• Guarantee that the equipment inventory control processes are executed according to the establishments; any discrepancies must be communicated to the immediate supervisor
• Prepare the damage reports required during the return process (including pictures and damage report)
• Perform any other activity that may be required by the immediate supervisor
• Analyze with the Operations Manager any deviations in the process that may be identified
• Perform location quantity audits to support the Inventory Control Analyst
• Accurately record not only the physical count but also the physical state of inventory locations
• Report back collected data to the Analyst
• Perform “2nd count” audits against other teams within Inventory Control
• Interface and support fellow IC teammates, including a team of IC Auditors and a Researcher
