Buscamos un Cloud Security Engineer Senior con experiencia comprobada en AWS para liderar e implementar iniciativas de seguridad en la nube, garantizar la protección de nuestros entornos cloud y acompañar al negocio en su crecimiento seguro. Esta persona será responsable de diseñar, implementar y mejorar controles de seguridad, automatizar procesos clave, y actuar como referente técnico en temas de seguridad cloud. Responsibilities Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas seguras en AWS, siguiendo principios de security by design. Desarrollar políticas, controles y automatizaciones para reforzar la postura de seguridad en la nube (IAM, redes, cifrado, etc.). Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y revisiones de arquitectura sobre nuevos servicios o implementaciones en AWS. Colaborar con los distintos equipos de la compañía para asegurar buenas prácticas de seguridad en la infraestructura usada por ellos. Implementar detección y respuesta a incidentes en entornos cloud (monitoring, alertas, playbooks). Mantener y evolucionar herramientas de seguridad cloud como AWS Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, etc. Definir y automatizar guardrails y compliance checks mediante herramientas como AWS Control Tower, SCPs, Config Rules y Terraform. Formar y guiar a otros ingenieros en buenas prácticas de seguridad en la nube. Qualifications +5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Cloud Security Experiencia sólida y práctica con AWS (mínimo 5 años), incluyendo servicios como IAM, KMS, VPC, CloudTrail, Config, Lambda, S3, EC2, etc. Experiencia en gestión de seguridad en ambientes contenerizados en AWS (ECS/EKS) y seguridad en Kubernetes. Conocimiento avanzado de arquitecturas seguras en la nube, Zero Trust y segmentación de red. Experiencia con Infraestructura como Código en Terraform y CloudFormation. Conocimiento de frameworks de seguridad (NIST, CIS, AWS Well-Architected Framework – Security Pillar). Capacidad para automatizar controles y procesos mediante scripting (Python, Bash, etc.). Certificaciones AWS (ej. AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional). Experiencia previa en entornos regulados (fintech, healthtech, etc.). Perfil buscado: Pensamiento táctico con enfoque en riesgo y negocio. Capacidad para comunicar temas técnicos de seguridad a audiencias no técnicas. Asertividad, empatía, proactividad, autonomía y foco en resultados. Mentalidad colaborativa y enfoque en enablement más que en control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
