We are looking for a proactive, dynamic team player with strong organizational capacity to lead short‑ and long‑term recruiting projects. Responsibilities Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings. Obtain accurate information related to the profile and assignment of required openings. Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings. Present candidates to clients and leads. Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities in different accounts. Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes. Qualifications Proven analytical ability and extreme attention to detail with strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in staffing or project management. Advanced English level. 1+ year of experience in recruitment.
