About the role: The company is seeking a Staff Accountant & FP&A Analyst to support core accounting operations while contributing to financial planning and analysis. This role offers hands‑on exposure to bookkeeping, month‑end close, cash flow reporting, and forecasting—ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting and analytical skill set in a dynamic, remote environment. What You’ll Do Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Support month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare working capital, cash flow, and financial performance reports Maintain and update financial forecasts and models Support vendor management, including invoice processing and payment tracking Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial insights Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial operations What You Need 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role Strong understanding of accrual‑basis accounting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment Alignment with core values centered on growth, collaboration, accountability, and impact Salary & Perks This is a full‑time, long‑term position with benefits required by law.
