Responsibilities: Product & Stakeholder Management Conduct stakeholder interviews with client leadership, editorial teams, and technical partners to uncover needs and constraints Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business objectives into actionable product features Build and maintain product documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications Design & User Experience Design sophisticated user interfaces for AI-assisted content creation workflows Create user flows that balance AI automation with creator control and transparency Design RPG related components that will appeal to the end-user Collaborate daily with engineers in pair programming/design sessions Technical Collaboration Work closely with engineers to understand AI/LLM capabilities and limitations Make informed design decisions around prompt engineering, context windows, and model behavior Evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications of design choices Participate in architecture discussions to ensure design vision aligns with technical implementation Design data models and system logic for complex, stateful workflows Agile Delivery Task-switch efficiently between discovery, design, and validation activities as sprint priorities evolve Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives Adapt quickly when requirements change based on user testing or stakeholder feedback Requirements 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years in cross-functional product roles (PM, Product Designer, Design Lead) Proven stakeholder management skills - comfortable interviewing executives, facilitating workshops, and managing conflicting priorities Requirements gathering expertise - skilled at asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and translating ambiguous needs into clear specifications Technical fluency - can discuss API design, data models, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs with engineering teams Strong Agile/Scrum experience - comfortable with sprint-based delivery, iterative development, and rapid pivots Exceptional ability to task-switch and reprioritize in fast-moving, high-stakes environments Expert-level skills in Figma and ability to quickly translate concepts into interactive prototypes Portfolio demonstrating complex, technical product work - ideally including AI-powered tools, creator platforms, or content generation systems Nice to have: Experience designing for generative AI applications (text generation, image creation, AI-assisted workflows) Background in content creation platforms, publishing tools, or creative software Prior work with publishing, media, or entertainment clients Benefits At Devsu, we believe in creating an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
