The position We’re looking for a Video Content Producer to join our Design team. In this role you’ll tell our story and the stories of our products and customers through video and engaging motion graphics. You’ll blend a solid eye for design with top‑notch technical and editing skills, focusing on videography and post‑production to deliver high‑quality, timely projects. In this role, you will Conceptualize content that attracts and converts our ideal customer profiles, including producing original, creative, and engaging story‑driven content; creating educational videos that teach strategic and tactical concepts. Write scripts, direct shoots, animate, manage talent, record, and edit video and audio content for publication across a number of digital formats. Work on video and audio content for Remote’s channels, website, events, and social media, collaborating daily with industry experts, brand partners, external publishers, customers, and team members. Manage projects as a one‑person studio – handling all aspects of filming from audio to video. Actively explore new video formats and channels to convert our target audience into subscribers. What you need to be successful Demonstrable expertise in end‑to‑end motion design and video production. Proficiency at creating standout videos, including explainers, motion graphics, ads, podcasts, webinars, socials, and more. Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, from concept and writing to post‑production and distribution. Some marketing experience is ideal; at least a passion for converting audiences into customers. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal). Proven ability to structure compelling narratives for audiovisual formats. Experience with After Effects expressions and workflow automation. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Valuing graphic and motion design principles, brand design systems, and able to work within and contribute to a brand’s visual style. Proficiency in video and design software including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma. Outstanding attention to detail. Staying up‑to‑date on video techniques, tools, technologies, and actively seeking ways to incorporate them into new ideas. Ability to use stock libraries creatively. Experience shooting footage and using AI video tools are considered pluses. A kind, empathetic, and patient person who loves working with people and solving problems with them. Someone who cares deeply about diversity and inclusion. Fluent written and spoken English. Experience working remotely is a plus.
