The Role We are seeking a confident, experienced Marketing Design Lead to own and elevate the visual direction and its affiliated divisions. This role sits within the Marketing team and plays a critical part in delivering high-end, brand-aligned creative across web, digital, social, and multimedia channels. Much of the heavy lifting, including brand strategy, positioning, and creative systems, is already in place. We are not building a large creative department. Instead, we need a strong, decisive design leader who can step in, uphold standards, manage deliverables, and push work across the finish line. You will own creative direction, provide clear feedback, and ensure all marketing design outputs reflect a premium, modern brand presence. Execution is supported by internal and external resources. This role is about leading, not doing everything solo. Location Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment Colombian and International Teams. Language Advanced English (B2+ - C1). Timezone Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Contract Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience delivering high-quality digital and brand marketing work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and brand consistency. Skills: Strong visual and brand design expertise across digital, web, social, and multimedia channels. Ability to provide structured feedback, approvals, and creative direction to other designers. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing, commenting, and approving designs. Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and quality without micromanagement. Comfortable working within a lean, fast-paced marketing team. Responsibilities Creative Direction & Brand Leadership Lead the translation of marketing campaigns and messaging into polished, effective creative Maintain and refine the visual identity across all touchpoints to support brand trust and lead generation Set and enforce brand standards across internal and external contributors Make final calls on marketing visuals, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with objectives Design Oversight & Execution Management Oversee design work across team members and external vendors Coordinate priorities and timelines in collaboration with the Executive Assistant and executive leadership Review and approve assets across web, digital, email, social, and multimedia Keep projects moving with clear, direct communication and feedback UX/UI Review from a Marketing Lens Review and provide feedback on website and digital product designs to ensure brand alignment Use Figma to view files, leave comments, and approve outputs Support conversion goals through marketing-informed design decisions without owning UX strategy Systems, Tools & Workflow Work within established brand systems and design libraries Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and ClickUp to manage and review creative assets Support efficient workflows without building processes from scratch Accountability & Collaboration Hold all design contributors accountable to brand and delivery standards Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign and business goals Operate independently with full authority to set direction and enforce timelines and quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
