Factoring Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual Factoring Specialist with strong financial and administrative skills to manage factoring processes, ensure accurate financial records, and provide excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, managing receivables, and supporting clients throughout the factoring lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor factoring operations, including invoices, payments, and client accounts. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Perform bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online. Execute regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation related to factoring transactions. Communicate with clients regarding invoice status, payments, and documentation, providing high-quality customer service in English and Spanish. Support internal teams with financial reports and operational follow-ups. Requirements Bilingual (English – Spanish) with intermediate to advanced proficiency. Proven experience in factoring operations (preferred). Experience with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable. Experience in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online. Experience in bank reconciliations and document management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
