Role Description Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and inspire creativity Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma) English skills - min. C1 (must have) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Experience in both print and digital design Perfectly organized Ability to find the solutions Attention to Detail Nice To Have Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purpose) Knowledge of UX/UI What We Offer Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off Recruitment Process Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates Step 2 Preparing and presenting recruitment task Step 3 Recruitment interview with HR person Step 4 Recruitment interview with a direct manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
