What You’ll Do The Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment provides corporations, governments and law firms around the globe with the industry’s most complete range of multidisciplinary, independent dispute advisory, investigative, data acquisition/analysis and forensic accounting services. Our professionals combine end‑to‑end capabilities with unmatched qualifications when clients face high stakes litigation, arbitration, compliance investigations or regulatory scrutiny. Primary Duties Assisting with the facilitation and definition of customer requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing artifacts, and engaging in focused requirements workshops. Conducting business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of projects (small to mega) and maintenance. Performing analysis of current state system landscape and development of future state system landscape. Leading the development of key deliverables for implementations including Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Detail Design Workbooks/Documents, Test Scripts and Training Material. Leveraging personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice‑based solutions. Assisting in the planning and delivery of system analysis and selection. Developing engagement specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management. Providing input to develop and maintain a project schedule. What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Business. Excellent mathematical and organizational skills. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Previous full‑time (1-3 years) experience in Capital Project consulting (either in Project Delivery or Technology Implementations) or a related profession. Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software including Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel. This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices, so a successful candidate will be able to maintain a flexible travel schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience and training on the following industry solutions: EcoSys EPC / Hexagon PPM Procore Power BI Tableau Excellent communication and presentation skills.
