Job Overview As a Young Talent, you will join an innovative team dedicated to challenging the status quo and reinventing solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Support the implementation of brand communication and influencer marketing strategies. Maintain constant contact with journalists to manage free press coverage and client interviews. Build and manage relationships with organic and paid influencers to boost brand visibility. Write creative, relevant content for media and social platforms, aligned with the client’s communication strategy. Generate monthly reports on communication activities and results for clients. Attend brand events, coordinating influencer and media participation. Assist the team in planning, executing, and monitoring events to meet marketing and communication objectives. Qualifications Advanced English and Spanish writing skills. Experience with spreadsheets, brand monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meta), and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva) is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging journalists, influencers, clients, and suppliers. Organized and resourceful with a results‑oriented mindset. Academic Requirements Students in the final semesters of communication, journalism, marketing, advertising, or digital narrative programs. Benefits Hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
